Bookings
By making a booking with 47 O’Keefe, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Booking & Cancellation Policy. Appointments are reserved specifically for the customer making the booking.
Appointments & Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, the service may need to be shortened to avoid affecting other customers’ appointments. Where a service cannot reasonably be provided due to lateness, it may be treated as a cancellation.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Our cancellation and no-show charges are set out in our Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Services
Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can discuss the matter with you. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
Prices & Payment
The price of each service will be shown at the time of booking. Payment is due for the service provided unless otherwise agreed.
Customer Behaviour
We expect all customers and staff to be treated with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service where there is abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The terms applying to your booking will be those in place when you make your booking, unless a change is required by law.
